Our play-based Threes classrooms focuses on social-emotional and cognitive development through a balance of child initiated and teacher initiated activities.
We offer 2 classroom options:
- 5 Days – Monday – Friday 9am-12pm
- 3 Days – TWTH 9am-12pm
Pre-K 4’s Program

Kindergarten Program

Offers:
Our Kindergarten program offers a comprehensive K curriculum - reading, language arts, handwriting, math, science, art, music, gym - in a play based environment. Our program features Handwriting Without Tears and incorporates pieces of Orten Gillinghan for language arts, Sound to Spelling for phonics and Everyday Math.
- Class is limited to 14 students.
- Monday -Friday 8:30am -2:30pm
* FUMNS will continue to accept kindergarten students who turn 5 years by January 1.
Extended Day Programs
AM Drop Off
Early drop off option starting at 8am. Children then go to their classroom. Charged weekly as attended.
Lunch Club for 3’s and 4’s
lunch club
Lunch Club and Permanent Lunch Club (PLC) is offered to extend the day in an unstructured format. The children enjoy interacting with new friends from different classrooms. Lunch Club Programs consist of free play, lunch and outdoor time as well as meeting and playing with students from all 3’s and PreK4 classrooms. Children bring their own lunch and enjoy mealtime socialization with friends. Dismissal is outside weather permitting at 2:30 pm.
Lunch Club is offered as a daily sign up and charged weekly as attended.

Lunch Club on a permanent basis for Full or Half year. Sign up by day of the week for half or full year offering a discount from daily Lunch Club sign up.
Enrichments
All Enrichment programs have an additional cost.
Wednesday’ for 3’s- Creative Kids
Creative Kids, a weekly enrichment program, is offered every Wednesday from 12:00-2:30. Children have the opportunity to extend their classroom day, share lunch (lunch from home) with friends and enjoy the Enrichment of the Day with different themes each week including Lego, Playdough, Holiday Crafts, Dino Day, Superhero Day, Science Day.
PreK Enrichment
PreK Enrichment classes are offered by our staff in 6 or 4 week sessions during the school year. Each session offers a special focus & extends their classroom day, share lunch (lunch from home) with friends and participate in a focused enrichment activity. Themes offered: Nature Explore, Spanish, Cooking, Lego Club, Fun Fitness, Broadway Show & Art. Enrichments run from 11:45-2:30.
Kindergarten Enrichment
Kindergarten Enrichment classes are offered by our staff in 6 or 4 week sessions during the school year. Each session offers a special focus for K students to expore. Themes offered: Nature Explorer, Cooking, Building Club, Playground Plus & Art. Enrichments run from 2:30-3:30
Camp
A daily camp program is offered in June & July from 9:00-1:00 for all students – Threes to Kindergarten. Camp session run by the week M-F and billed for each session.
