The First United Methodist Parent Association supports the nursery school program in a variety of ways. The Parent Association provides the resources and manpower that helps the school operate smoothly. Parent interest and effort brings many great ideas to fruition that benefit our entire preschool community. The Association sponsors activities that build community; and provide the children, teachers and parents of FUMNS with many extras that make our school such a special place. Parents can contribute by holding a position serving on a committee, participating as a volunteer at an event and/or by attending the monthly meetings to offer insight, input and/or suggestions.
The Parent Association meets the last Wednesday of every month unless otherwise noted on the monthly calendar. Meetings begin at 9:15 am, childcare is available on site.
